The initial name of the company was “Cadabra” but later on it was changed. The company has its own on-line auction. In 2005 Amazon.com launched its private label production under the name of “Pinzon”. These are the textile products, kitchen products and many more household items.
Amazon complaints. On of the most popular features of Amazon.com is that customers can easily submit reviews to the Internet page of any product they like. It is possible to comment and to rate the products. In such a way people can see the total popularity of the product. But lately there have been written many Amazon complaints about the falsification of rating scales. People say that those who monitor the website, write positive reviews erasing bad ones in case of need. And this spoils the feeling of fairness and trust to Amazon.

About the company. This company was founded more than thirteen years ago. DirecTV is a direct broadcast satellite service. DirecTV transmits digital satallite television and audio to the homes, bars, fitness clubs, cafes and restaurants all over the North American continent excluding Mexico. Who knows, why the Mexico was abandoned, but the fact remains. DirecTV is a subsidiary of the DirecTV Group, which is in its turn owned by News Corporation.
DirecTV complaints. Most of the complaints against the company are about the customer service. DirecTV company has many call centers in the United States and abroad. It sells its services via the telephone with the help of telemarketing company. And sometimes those representatives are being very rude with the customers or hardly can speak English. In 2005 the company even had to pay the penalty for the violations of the telemarketing regulations. This was a $5,3 million worth penalty, the largest in the history of the customer protection law. Nowadays, the call centers continue their work, but they are severely monitored and controlled by the company management to avoid this thing happen again. This information can be of some help to those people who are attacked by the telemarketers because this is another proof that there is justice in the world.

Life and health insurance is a very important thing in our life and everybody understands this perfectly well. You have to buy a policy in order to have an insurance company paying all you medical bills. Cigna. This company also provides different financial services as well as Aetna. And the problems the company has are mostly the same. Customers of Cigna complain that when they have some trouble it is very complicated to settle it down because no employee of Cigna would like to help them. It is difficult even to contact Cigna because as soon as they know that something is wrong, they keep on redirecting you to other phone numbers. Maybe this happens because of lack of competence of employees or lack of organization.

When it comes to the choice of domestic appliances, you have to know for sure where to shop. Some companies offer good quality, but their prices are just steep; others set low prices but their products fall apart. The thing is that you have to find the happy medium that would satisfy you in all the aspects. We so to say submit you two companies on approval: LG and Maytag with all the pros and cons.
LG. Despite most of the company’s factories and employees are situated in Korea, LG is really a world-wide home and commercial appliance company. It doubles the industry average of 4.2 percent and has about 45,000 employees all over the globe. The company caters to the areas of consumer goods with its domestic appliances. Although LG invests almost 12 percent of its revenue on research and development, this “Life is good”-company produces things that are not always good. There have been many complaints written on the unsatisfactory works of the appliances. Some people buy refrigerators or washing machines that do not work well from the start. And what is worse, it is very difficult to get a refund and change the item. They suggest just replacing the part, but that can be not the only problem. That is why there are so many LG complaints all over the web.
Maytag. This was an appliance company headquartered in Newton, Iowa. In 2006 Maytag was acquired by Whirlpool Corporation. Maytag’s first washing machine was produced in 1907. By 1924, every fifth washing machine in the world was produced by Maytag and in three years the company had made over a million washing machines and a lot of other domestic appliances. But notwithstanding all these figures, there are many Maytag complaints. It happens very often that some Maytag item do not work and it turns out to be very difficult to change the part and to call the repairman. Part surely would not be available and even if the tech would come to repair your appliance, it is better for him to come again, since he gets paid a commission. If you have some troubles with your car it means that you have to spend a lot of money on it. Everybody should know that when it comes to car repair you do not have to save money on it because it will result in even more problems. So, when you take your car to some inexpensive auto body repair shop, you should not complain later. They charge you a little and they do a little help to your car. Among this auto body repair shops are two names that sound good but actually are not that good in practice: MAACO and AAMCO.
MAACO. MAACO is one of those notorious auto body repair shops that everybody knows that they do not do good job but people still go there. It happens that people just do not have other possibility on the road, their car is dying and not starting or they decide to run a risk and maybe get their car painted good. But usual complaints prove that this thing happen very rare. People keep on reporting about their bad experience with MAACO. The reasons they complain are the same: MAACO paints the car horribly and unprofessionally. Cars generally have pits everywhere and paint chips. And it does not matter how many times a customer would tell the manager of the auto body repair shop that that car was painted unacceptably, they would repaint it the same. And they would do this for a pretty long time so that customer would lose not only money but his working hours to deal with the problem.
AAMCO. The same situation is with AAMCO. They claim to call themselves “Transmission Experts”. In fact that means that they are experts in rebuilding you transmission because if they has done it once, the transmission would go down again an again. And this thing can happen with you on the road and then you would have to wait for the repair for quite a long time. And AAMCO provide such a poor quality notwithstanding that they are nation wide.
