Nowadays it happens so often that we buy good of really poor quality. That is a problem and the matter is not money, but the quality of goods and attitude of the supplying and providing companies. It seems like they do not appreciate a customer as a human being otherwise they would work out some plan of covering moral damage, honoring the warranty and some profound check and maybe double check of the goods. Because it does spoil our life and our health while taking care of those faulty products and trying to get your money back and make the things right. This is like in this case with a purchase of a pool at Leisure Depot.

How it can happen. Usually you can buy any kind of pool at Leisure Depot. You looking for that very model you need, researching what features other pools, spas or maybe hot tubes they have, listen to the importunate and persistent shop assistants. And finally and eventually you stop and decide to buy that very kind of pool you have always wanted and that can make you happy. Leisure DepotLeisure Depot store just would not exchange the pool for you. Maybe they will suggest you to get your money back. Or you will be able to pick up some other pool instead of yours. But the question is: why do they charge for warranty then? Leisure Depot keeps that as a secret.

About the problems. That is why there have been a lot of complaints filed against the company and even the lawsuit that was filed by the former Leisure Depot employee. That person alleged that the management of the company forced him to make unwarranted charge backs against vendors. According to him, this was made to cover defective products. The case has not been settled yet, but some customers have already decided to change the retailer. And it costs significantly more for Leisure Depot to attract new customers now.
