Whatever issue you may bring up, he assures you that his company could handle it. I even questioned whether they did the showings or expected me to do it. Although I kept telling him that I needed to speak with other realtors his kept applying the pressure and ended up leaving with a signed contract. Concerning the contracts, so they have different types, depending on the term of sales procedure. For those who are not aware of it they offer the longest one to make more money on the seller. Sometimes the representatives of the company intentionally do not put the houses of their clients on the open house list. People wonder why buyers do not apply, and later on it turns out that no one has yet seen their real estate property. The company maintains awful customer service and this is one more reason to consider a different real estate agency.
