Sometimes there are large industrial groups that have billions of dollars in their assets and are considered the best businesses, but they lack customer service and somehow fail to provide quality services and products. How can they be in business then? Maybe this is because of the mass media that sometimes is very hungry for money. Thus, we as ordinary consumers, have to share the information and spread it. One of these fraudulent companies is AAA.
About the company. AAA is the abbreviation for American Automobile Association, one of the oldest automotive groups in the United States based in Florida. It was established with a good aim of strong response to the lack of motorways and roads in 1902. The association is formed from a number of motor clubs that create a powerful and influential organization. At the present time every fifth American is a member of AAA. AAA specializes in road map production, directions, hotel guides production and numerous driver safety programs. Besides, the organization had been a sanctioning body for a number of races starting from 1956.
AAA Car Care Plus centers. The organization consists of numerous clubs and these clubs own AAA. Thus, every club has organized a special service center that is called AAA Car Care Plus center. It provides different emergency road services, including lockouts, towing, tire changes and many other similar services. Besides, they offer special diagnostic automotive battery program that offers some additional services. Members of AAA can get road maps in AAA centers.
AAA affiliates. The company has many affiliates abroad. They include the Automobile Association of the UK, Canadian Automobile Association of Canada and the Automobile Association in Germany. Due to these affiliations, members of the AAA can get help in any of these centers. They can get tourbooks and maps, published and distributed by the offices.
AAA Complaints. Notwithstanding all this, there have been many complaints filed against the association. People complain, that the services, provided by AAA do not meet the requirements. Besides, the customer services offered is much to be desired and it makes the membership in AAA absolutely unacceptable. That is why there are so many AAA complaints posted.

In 2005 Amazon.com launched its private label production under the name of “Pinzon”. These are the textile products, kitchen products and many more household items.
Amazon complaints. On of the most popular features of Amazon.com is that customers can easily submit reviews to the Internet page of any product they like. It is possible to comment and to rate the products. In such a way people can see the total popularity of the product. But lately there have been written many Amazon complaints about the falsification of rating scales. People say that those who monitor the website, write positive reviews erasing bad ones in case of need. And this spoils the feeling of fairness and trust to Amazon.

Who knows, why the Mexico was abandoned, but the fact remains. DirecTV is a subsidiary of the DirecTV Group, which is in its turn owned by News Corporation.
DirecTV complaints. Most of the complaints against the company are about the customer service. DirecTV company has many call centers in the United States and abroad. It sells its services via the telephone with the help of telemarketing company. And sometimes those representatives are being very rude with the customers or hardly can speak English. In 2005 the company even had to pay the penalty for the violations of the telemarketing regulations. This was a $5,3 million worth penalty, the largest in the history of the customer protection law. Nowadays, the call centers continue their work, but they are severely monitored and controlled by the company management to avoid this thing happen again.
